Qualifications:

Degree in automobile or mechanical engineering

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, added advantage for French speaking

Experience in dealer communication and dealer service center operations, added advantage on experience in heavy duty commercial vehicle

Experience in Customer satisfaction index

Experience in branch development and ROI

Customer retention strategy

Good analytical planning and presentation skill

Interpersonal and negotiation skill.
